Giving truly outstanding client care is the primary mission of Attention Plus Care. Naturally, client care employees are appreciated for their important contributions. An entire department, the Employee Service Department, is dedicated to building peak employee performance through service commitment.
Health Companion is an entry-level position that allows new caregivers the chance to practice and improve their client care skills. Through in-house “skill-builder” training programs, Health Companions frequently advance to the next level of caregiving..Home Health Aide.
At Attention Plus Care, Home Health Aides provide basic personal care and support services, but also have the opportunity to upgrade their skills. With training and skill testing, Home Health Aides provide advanced services such as g-tube feeding, insulin injections and ostomy care.
Licenses nurses provide basic nursing care, but with training provided by Attention Plus Care, can provide advanced pediatric care, international travel accompaniment, and more.
It is not unusual to see Home Companions grow into Home Health Aides and eventually LIcensed Nurses. Attention Plus Care can help make it happen!
