The Attention Plus Care staff can provide a full range of health care and companion services including: light housekeeping, meal preparation, grooming, bathing, dressing, exercising, companionship and administration & assistance with medications and treatments. Our care is always personalized and can always be adjusted to higher or lower levels of care depending on our clients' needs.
Our home care services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with pre-scheduled programs. And our flexible services have made it a very successful home care program. Whether the need calls for one hour per week or 24 hour coverage, we provide a flexible alternative that adds value to our client's home care choices. Care can be arranged to meet routine or complex care needs in the privacy and comfort of the home, or also at other locations such as a hospital, hotel or other temporary location.
We specifically tailor a 'care plan' for each client that includes agreed upon goals and a schedule of care to be provided.
Specialized ServicesIn addition to our standard hourly home care services, Attention Plus Care has added a variety of specialized home care services to our programs. These services are meant to care for our clients who have special needs, including stay-over services, travel assistance, live-in care, transportation and multiple person care.

Developed as an effective economical way to handle unexpected care needs that may arise during night hours, Stay-Over service is for clients who need minimal assistance but want the comfort of a caregiver in their home during the night hours (10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.). The attending caregiver is permitted to rest during the night in exchange for a significantly reduced hourly service fee. Throughout the night, the caregiver is available to respond to client requests. Clients must be able to call for help when needed.
Stay-Over services can be arranged to meet routine care or complex care needs in both the privacy and comfort of the home, or other locations such as a hotel. Stay-Over services are available exclusively for care or treatments requiring four or less brief caregiver interruptions per night. Hourly services are available for care requiring closer supervision and more frequent interventions.

Live-In Care is a cost-effective arrangement that provides continuous, supervised home care services in a manner that maintains the client's independence, security, health and safety... all at a reasonable cost.
A Live-In arrangement is one in which the clients' needs are attended to everyday on a regular basis. The primary caregiver in this arrangement is the Live-In Attention Plus Care employee who moves into the clients' home and is provided with room and board by the client.

Many times clients need someone to drive them and accompany them to doctors appointments, shopping trips or recreational outings. This service allows the client to maintain their freedom to visit friends and do the things they want to do, all with the assistance of Attention Plus Care.
Transportation services include an additional hourly transportation fee and will be added to hourly caregiver charges. Only approved drivers are permitted to transport clients and a three-hour minimum is in effect for this service.

Occasionally, more than one person in the home needs care, including husbands, wives or other family members. Attention Plus Care offers this service by taking the single caregiver rate multiplied by 1.25. Multiple person rates apply to situations where a caregiver is required to provide services to more than one person in a home.
