Job Summary: Health Companion
Functions as a member of a health care team to provide for the safety,  nutrition, hygiene, and comfort of assigned clients. Fulfills company  requirements relating to: infection control, reporting, client relations, work  schedules, payroll processing, and in-service training.

Working Conditions:
Frequent work indoors at client's location, varying work locations island  wide, flexible scheduling, use and handling of supplies/equipment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or two years of supervised work experience, Current  CPR training Certification (Basic Life Support), Successful completion and  demonstration of all Health Companion skills, attention to detail,  self-motivated, ability to write and comprehend written and verbal  communication, and ability to work independently

RN/LPN OVERNIGHTS

RN/LPN OVERNIGHTS

Attention Plus Care is seeking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to provide direct care for clients in their own home. Primary responsibilities will include observation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of nursing care plans for assigned pediatric clients. Additional duties may include educating patients and their families about proper treatments, administering prescribed medications, gastric tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy care.

Pediatric experience preferred

  • Navigating a computer program for documentation
  • Organization with time and documents
  • Be willing to be flexible when it comes to daily schedule as this is a dynamic business and things change daily.
  • Be able to teach and demonstrate skills and attitude to caregivers by example and education.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have access to computer at home with a printer, cell phone
  • Must be flexible and available for up to 40 hours per week
  • Be able to work weekends

Qualifications:

Applicant must have a current RN license by the State of Hawaii, and CPR certification is required. Must be a graduate of a nursing program with at least two years nursing experience. Home care experience preferred, and one year pediatric care experience is a plus. Candidates require the ability to be reliable, self motivated, and resourceful in emergency situations. Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and provide a certified traffic abstract. Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to write routine reports and correspond with client and company staff. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds, as well as push or pull weight up to 250 pounds. Successful candidate must submit to TB clearance, drug screening, and criminal background checks. Flexibility in schedule and assignment locations is required.

Home Health Aides *Japanese Speaking (BILINGUAL) Caregiver.*

Attention Plus Care is seeking caring, dependable and professional Home Health Aides to assist clients with activities of daily living in their own home. Assisting in bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, vital signs, medication reminders, charting, transferring, light housekeeping, and errands. Functions as a member of a health care team to provide for the safety, nutrition, hygiene, and comfort of assigned clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Looking for candidates with previous basic care training, and one year HHA experience. Training opportunities and health care career advancement is available. Now hiring for full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a High School diploma, or GED, and one year of supervised HHA work experience. Current First Aid and CPR certification required. Nurse Aide certification is a plus, but not necessary. Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to write routine reports and correspond with client and company staff. Bilingual in English and Japanese language skills a plus, but not necessary. Successful candidate must submit to TB clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check.
