Live-in Caregiver

Location: Oahu, Hawaii

Job Summary:

We have immediate openings for experienced Home Health Aides that enjoy Live-In assignments. Benefits will include room and board at the assigned clients home, including competitive pay by the company. The ideal candidate is compassionate, honest, and patient while taking the initiative for improving quality of life for assigned client. Live-In caregiver will provide personal care for client in their own home. Assisting in bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, vital signs, medication reminders, charting, transferring, light housekeeping, and transportation. Training opportunities and health care job advancement is available.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a High School diploma, or GED, and one year experience as an aide in a facility. Current First Aid and CPR certification required. Candidates need to exhibit exceptional customer service skills who are caring, dependable, and professional. Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to write routine reports and correspond with client and company staff. Must own and know how to use a smart phone. Bilingual in English and Japanese language skills a plus, but not necessary. Successful candidate must submit to TB clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license and provide a certified traffic abstract.
