Attention Plus Care is seeking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to provide supervision of the direct care for clients in their own home. Primary responsibilities will include observation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of nursing care plans for assigned clients. Additional duties may include educating patients and their families about proper treatments, administering prescribed medications, disease progression, symptoms and tips on care. Must be a good communicator and have patience and willingness to listen to client complaints and concerns. Good implementation and follow through is a must when working with these clients. Dedication to the client, family members and caregivers through support and continuous communication is expected. Your ability to advocate for client's needs and requests will increase customer satisfaction with the Company. This may include working with physicians, home care personnel, hospice, discharge planners, and other providers. Must be adequately prepared for the following tasks:
