Our Travel Assistance Service Package Includes:
- FREE initial consultation with our Service Consultant to discuss nursing needs and travel scheduling.
- Carefully screened, fully insured, bonded and licensed Registered Nurses, all selected and equipped to meet the special travel requirements of each client.
- Rendezvous with the client by the nurse on the day of departure at the hotel, hospital or home (one half hour prior to departure time) with continuous services until final destination is reached.
- Maintenance and delivery of medical records and other documents needed at the client's destination.
- Coordination of care with physicians and other health team members involved in the client's care.
- Pick-up and return of rented medical equipment needed during transport.
- Follow-up report with medical professionals involved with the client's care, as required or requested.
